考點1-- and平衡, 逗點之後為同位語, 平衡名詞 the first book => (C) (D) (E) 選一個.
考點2-- two-way modifier: (C) (D) 的 only 可往前也可往後修飾, 造成句意模糊, 只有 (E) 明確修飾 the second (book) ... .
