其實我覺得你這方法不錯耶...
不過反正是要先知道attrition的意思....
醬你就會發現attrition不可能provide pension benefits...
而是labor agreement才能provide pension benefits....
所以(E)不可能...
(D)的:by their providing increased 不知代誰...
(C)被動
(A)it不知指誰...

其實跟你解法差不多...

C,D,E的which都指到attrition,可是後面增加退休金跟退休計畫應該是指前面labor agreement的內容..
所以C,D,E全刪
