答案是D 小弟答對了 帶是對於其他選項代名詞的問題還有一點小疑問 (A) Formulas for cash flow and the ratio of debt to equity do not apply to new small businesses in the same way as they do to established big businesses, because they are growing and are seldom in equilibrium. 第一個 they OG 說指代 Formulas 為什麼這個they 不能指代 new small businesses 或是 established big businesses ??
(B) 中的第一個they 指代 Formulas 邏輯意義就錯了 但是第2個they 一定是指代 Formulas 嗎??
(D) 中的them 邏輯意義 指代 new small businesses 最合理 但是有無可能指代 Formulas 呢??

因為平衡原則 as as 前後平衡 所以 第一各 they 應該是帶 Formulas xx and the ratio xx 而不會指代small business etc

(B) 中的第一個they 指代 Formulas 邏輯意義就錯了 但是第2個they 一定是指代 Formulas 嗎??
同一句話 前後相同代名詞指代的東西要一樣 所以第二各they 跟第一各they 要指代相同的東西
(D) 中的them 邏輯意義 指代 new small businesses 最合理 但是有無可能指代 Formulas 呢??
不可能 如果them 代 formulas 因為主詞受詞同一各 受詞要改反身代名詞

這樣的解釋 你可以接受嗎

這一題用莫老師的解題訣竅再驗證一次 : apply -> applicability 刪除 (C) (E), 然後 (A) (B) (D) 比較長短 => (D) OK; (A) (B) 的 they 指代不清 => 確定答案 (D)
