C:because the economy continues strong=>present tense I think it's not appropriate
D:after "the target" should be follow 助動詞 "will or would" because of "be"
E:"the fact of " is a little wordy but I think it's beter than C and D

我認為表示economy持續強勁是可以用主動的.....如果你看美國的報紙通常都是這麼寫.....而且我覺得用「現在式」來表「經濟持續強勁」這個事實是ok的.....因為句意寫說分析師預測未來幾週聯準會會再度調高短期利率也是根據目前經濟強勁的表現阿（因果關係）...

但是我的問題在於for weeks的時態.....到底是用該用現在完成式還是過去式?因為本題用現在完成進行式讓我覺得怪怪的.....

進行式強調的是「正在」進行的動作對嗎? :-S

那predict用進行式會不會怪怪的?

請能人高手解答我的疑惑.....感恩.....

首先...predict好像並沒有像d中that後面省略助動詞的用法
比較多的反而是後面要加will或would...

再者,像大家前面所討論的...predict用現在完成進行式的確很怪..
大家也都記得莫北北說這時態是不考的...
我不認為突然ets又考起他來了... :P

另外,c中的continues strong我覺得比d中的continued strength簡潔耶...
