這裡我想問大家對這題答案是A or C ???

感覺上大家答案分歧.....
說A錯的人士說: likely 後面是要加to 的, 後面in.....怪怪的
說C錯的人士說:four times ,代表"comparison" 後面應該是要加"more".....

各位覺得呢???? :P

我覺得more算redundancy..
因為已經說 多 nearly four times 不需要再用more

但是理由跟金剛妹不太一樣

其實a跟c的用法都是可以的,只是意思不同

times....more than...的確像micht所說是--比...大幾倍
times...as likely as...則是---是...的幾倍

雖然兩者意思不同,但是都是可以的

我選c的理由是be likely to 是慣用語 所以選他

但另外想和大家討論一下plan to V 跟plan on Ving 兩者意思上的不同

因為就像 B 桑說的 意思不同所以我會覺得C是改變句意... 何況我覺得 than 是當關代似乎還蠻合理的

PS plan to 和 plan on Ving 意思有明顯的不同嗎 ??

原題意表可能性多四倍~

而且哪有原級比較
加上 C 比A 較平衡很漂亮
