and與 as well as都是對等連接詞,但是在句義上有些許差異,

A and B ==>這邊AB的地位是相等的
A as well as B==>這邊以A為主,B為輔 (也就是其實這句,主要是要提到A,但是伴隨提到B)

不曉得這樣說,是否清楚!
