其實這道題的concept 渾簡單

就是考 "seem" 這個字 <---後面要有受詞作為補語 ^^

個人是覺得 E 不可能是正確答案的 在寫作英文中 虛主詞的 That 是不可以省略的 (這各that 是名詞子句連接詞).
個人是會選B -> b. they originally seem to (cost) 看成是 cost 被省略

我不選E的原因是因為我認為該子句結構不平衡，個人認為句子結構應如下
S+V than S+V，
不知道這樣的解釋對於than 的一般用法是否正確？
或在本題中，"seem"這個字就如同”魚”所說有特殊用法，其後應加補語，應為it seems (that)...

說是慣用語法也不為過

我覺得問題的關鍵應該是 seem 後面到底可不可以省略掉 SC (seem 是 linking verb)
朗文字典裡面沒有看到省略的用法
不知道是不是就代表不可以 @_@

看了一下CD大全註釋的討論 應該是語意上的不足
