各位, 魚已經走火入魔 搞不清楚 名詞子句 以及 that 當關代時的用法規則

請問誰人手邊有相關資料嗎?

我準備托福實用的是賴水信大爺的文法 賴老師大概決得這個太基本了
題都不提 真是傷我的心

以OG168為例


Today, because of improvements in agricultural technology, the same amount of acreage produces double the apples that it has in 1910.
(A)double the apples that it has
(E)a doubling of the apples that it did


Choice A awkwardly substitutes the adjective double for twice; uses that without a clear referent; and misuses has to refer to events occurring in 1910.
E is illogical: since that refers to a doubling, E nonsensically asserts that the doubling occurred in 1910.

以這道題的A選項為例

關於解釋中提及A 的that的錯誤 ,是因為沒有名詞可代
所以 that 不可以代替apples 是嗎? 是因為單複數的問題嗎 ?

2. 是否可以將that it had bra bra.........當名詞子句解呢 ?
若是名詞子句 ,則是表同位 ,此時整個句子that it has in 1910 來當apples的補充說明,這樣的話 文法正確嗎 (先不管時態句意 多謝)

3.還有一個更蠢的問題 ,that 當關代的時候 代替的名詞 也一定要是單數

所以 that 不可以代替apples 是嗎? 是因為單複數的問題嗎 ?

that 只能代單數嗎?我覺得複數也可吧，重點是後面的動詞怎麼搭配


2. 是否可以將that it had bra bra.........當名詞子句解呢 ?
若是名詞子句 ,則是表同位 ,此時整個句子that it has in 1910 來當apples的補充說明,這樣的話 文法正確嗎 (先不管時態句意 多謝)

由於前面出現過produces，因此過去式很難說的通的，再加上it has的it也是很沒道理


3.還有一個更蠢的問題 ,that 當關代的時候 代替的名詞 也一定要是單數

應該是 that 當關代時 代單複數均可,至於有沒有指代的錯誤 則看後面的動詞
是否有依循主動詞一致的規則

twice 只有一種詞性:adv. (兩次,兩倍)
double 就豐富多了: v., adj., adv., n. (兩倍)
double 修飾數字/度量: double the apples 是不合理的,應該是 double the number of apples.

意即A 是 B的兩倍。 而在本題畫線是緊接在produce動詞後面，double當然不能用，再者他也沒有副詞的用法。

再來! that的確不能代替人，並且可以代替單複數的非人。本題的that指代不清，我個人是覺得因為that在這裡個功能混淆了，感覺that是搭配double或者是produce而生的。 不過如果以正確答案的角度看，that的確沒有太大的指代問題，所以OG11已經把that的指代不清拿掉了。
