今天早上剛做完與UW的phone interview, 題目如下：

1. Describe your career path
2. Why MBA?
3. Why now?
4. Why UW business school MBA program?
4. Short-term & long-term career goals
5. How would your subordinates or co-workers describe your leadership style?
6. What characteristics/capabilities you think a successful business manager should possess?
7. How would you contribute to help enrich your fellow students' learning experience (particularly extracurricular activities) in the UW MBA program?
8. Strengths & weanesses
9. Most significant accomplishment
10. Upon gratuation from our business school, how would you differentiate yourself from other candidates in a competiton for a job offer (your major selling point)?

"Admissions committee will review your application materials again and the result notification will come out in early April."
