不過(E)的could和have the capability to不會有redundancy之嫌嘛? 我覺得mikelee大大把句子還原的很有道理阿... 然後基於莫北北的由輕到重原則, 把is being tested往前拉... 且that只可以代名詞(即jet engine), 不會和tested產生歧異吧
