Recently I have this kind of problem.
Hope someone can share your exprience.... 8-|

I have the same problem, but I try to eliminate it as soon as possible.

Wheneven I am depressed, I attempt to find out the reason. Am I too demanding? What else can I do to prevent it happen again?
Clarifying your goal helps. Adjusting the expectation toward the current/ future job helps.

小弟經驗是
如果自己還不會發光發熱
就常常去找會發光發熱的人相處
看看他為什麼會發光
去感染他的熱
久而久之自己也有相似的lifestyle
慢慢也會開始發光

小弟有幾個簡單的妙招
信心應該是靠培養的
不會天上掉下來
是個相對的互動概念
必須要有互動者
一定是有某方面相對強項
談到強項領域或綜觀整體時自然會展現信心

很簡單
找個興趣
運動或遊戲..專業領域也行
建議是專業以外的休閒
籃球,舞蹈,電動,電影..隨意
建議有兩項以上
可以進行比對

ex籃球打的不錯,電動也不差
中間有何共通性?

a總是打不累
b總是很輕鬆
c會有同號球友
d時常打球/打電動
e當作休閒
f會找人聊該領域
g會找書來看
h會有小團體
.....
那在看英文時是否也適用這些共通點?
在工作呢?
申請MBA呢?
生涯呢?


有了自己的興趣強項
就像有武器裝備在身上
到哪裡都有信心
而且會越滾越強
