句子的平衡我能夠接受

但前後的 its sales應該都是是指sales of restaurant company, 是一樣的東西
at restaurnats open for more than a year是時間副詞修飾its sales, 同時帶入時間的觀念
如果照(A)：雖然餐飲公司最近多開店面，且銷售額已上升，但銷售額在一年過後"已"驟降。
句意真的怪怪的，若改成下面：
(B)：雖然餐飲公司最近多開店面，且銷售額曾上升，但銷售額在一年過後"已"驟降。
(F)：雖然餐飲公司最近多開店面，且銷售額"已"上升，但銷售額在一年過後"將(will)”驟降。
沒這個選項，我來亂的!!

我的文法老師曾經在上課時強調過：在平行結構中，詞類相同，結構語意共用主詞，用法相同，但！語態時態不一定相同，ex. I lived in Taichung last year, but (I) live in Taipei now. 所以我覺得時態不對的說法無法說服我耶；再者，不是應該先restaurant company 開了很多間新店，所以他的營收才會增加嗎？不可能開店跟營收增加兩件事同時發生呀？？？請大家幫忙指點我一下，大家辛苦了，3Q^^

關於時態：我是用句意去判斷的。
最近開了很多餐廳，可是持續一年後…(我想動作是持續的，用現在完成式很合理)，而且不知為什麼，一句話，子句中出現現在完成式，我就不會去推回過去式耶！
就像是過去完成式，我最多也只會推回過去式。

關於：
I lived in.....but I live ... now.
我想是不是因為 and vs but 的不同呢？
因為我也常看到but前後時態不同的。

真怕回覆錯的答案，不過大家討論看看吧！

在V1 and V2時態不一致時...
通常是v1先,v2後
不會是V1後,v2先

I have finished the test and start to apply for schools.
先考完試再申請學校
I start to apply for schools and have finished the test.
沒有人這樣說的

其它時態類推
過去and 現在
過去完成 and 過去
現在 and 未來

可能說的不是很週延
舉例也不是很好

DE的錯誤應該不是脫節
Although是conj,領導的句子必須有完整的結構
Although + S + V, S + V
所以DE應是錯在Although後非完整句子

脫節的情況應是由prep領導的句子中
prep + Ving/N.., S + V

有錯請指教

想問一下，its不能代the country嗎

而且5個選項比較下
D、E脫節
(company's sales不能adding也不能having adding)
(C)many restaurants和and後面的its不一致，its只能指代the country，則改變句意
那就只剩下A、B時態的問題囉
