所以主詞就是"The end of the eighteenth century "

再請問一下這句應該做如何的翻譯呢?
我知道bulls 是指"行情看漲"
那cows呢? 或是bulls and cows 是一個Idiom?

而且with是否當作"伴隨"使用啊?
