我選B 我看不出D哪裡可以weaken 我覺得B有針對為何醫院用Novex原因做解釋
如B所說可推出這種藥效用便不是醫院是用他的原因 應此weaken conclusion
所以想請教大家 的意見

一開始在考慮 b跟d

如果是b 有某種程度的支持
因為those patients who cannot tolerate the drug
才沒有全部都用 所以表示Novex的確是好藥

如果沒有讀錯的話 依題意 可以自己選藥
那就是說 非醫師處方

所以 d 表 Novex是唯一可以選的藥 並不是因為藥好
不過感覺這答案 並不太好 因這樣就跟文章無太大關係

D能解釋他是非醫師處方 所以病人可以輕易取的
因為three out of four hospitals give their patients Novex
不是藥好而是容易取的 所以使用量才大

而B 就如lightbule所說 可能推出使藥比較好所以無法weaken
