應該是指可回收的waste不可回收的waste如此一來 不就說waste management companies 處裡的部分是因為不可回收而不是人們蓄意增加waste

題目說到這個company所處理垃圾裡面的plastic比例增加，因此推論是：減少plastic總量的這個attempt失敗所導致(換句話也就是推論說:總量並沒有減少，至少持平或增加)，問weaken

d)比例的增加是因為其他的垃圾被recycle，是其他的量減少導致plastic比例增加，所以可能同時plastic 的總量減少了...但是其所佔比例仍然增加，因此可以weaken題目的推論方式

b)大部分company處理到的都是不可以recyclable的，這個並不影響談論的這個"比例"值(因為題目探討的就是這個company處理的比例)，所以不影響這個推論
