考完時心情很低落 需要調節一下

第一篇 約60行 不難
一般認為employee buyout可以提高productivity 而傳統上company 都撥放員工一部分的退休基金pension來讓員工購買公司股份 however, some scholor said that employee buyout will not work very well because the share employees have generally is too small to excersie any influence on company's decision. On the contrary, managers hold most of shares of company's stock and they always make soe decisions that were in their interest. For example, manager tend to use this tactic to avoid hostile M&A. Moreover, it is too risky to put pension fund on investing the company's stock.
And then the author provide two solution. Fisrt, allow employees to purchase over 50% of company's stock. In this way, employee have the rigth to decode on company's matter. Second, campany can allow employees to buy stocks throught wage concession instead of pension fund.

第三篇 也是60多行 文章有幾個position要搞懂 題目都是是圍繞在這
說中古世紀文藝復興的女性 經濟.. 很多層次被壓抑之類的
然後有學者好像針對 上流社會的女性做研究 因為他們literary,,,,,
最後有個學者跳出 說應該要調查一般女性
第四篇
沒時間看 全都用猜的 看了第一行好像是說18世紀 藝術家的傳承
....真是不好意思 計不住了

記的一題是說oil-extraction造成一種漲在某地區C生物extinct 問support
我選的是其他不受oil-extraction的地區 c生物長的很茂盛

有一題很tricky

這是 我的第一題 我考慮好久 不知要選哪個好
這次並無碰到半題gwd
心得:
說實在考了三次從600-650沒捨大進
不過也有進步 總比沒有好
數學 我個人覺得念jj跟gwd 就ok了 觀念差不多就是那樣
不要去管og的啦(除非基礎不穩,則可從og下手)
這次準備一個半月中 數學每天念半個小時左右 一天大概40-50題jj
因為這次考數學時精神不是很好 算的又不順
所以從上次51掉到這次50 所以提醒大家千萬千萬要保持鎮定
數學沒想像中的困難 一定要在這一部分好好做
至於verbose
考的很糟 我想是因為做到32題時只剩5分不到 後面10題包括第四篇都是越猜的
可能把成績拉下去 所以想建議大家時間一定要控制妥當
目前想要休息一下 等當完兵後再來挑戰at 就這樣了!
