小弟想要申請經濟系
但學校申請表上第一段寫著

Who May Apply

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in any field at the time of enrollment in the Master's program, although economics is preferred. International students must hold a U.S. Bachelor's degree equivalent in any subject; economics preferred.

請問上紅字 是表示 我必須有美國大學學位才能申請嗎??
還是一般情況?

只要你有美國大學同等學歷的其他國際學生都可以申請

以前專科工作幾年後不知怎麼搞可以申請研究所
後來他們發現怎麼少了兩年
應該是這樣所以加了這一條
