因為萬一用了原題動詞，答案名詞少選，很容易刪掉正確答案耶

加上D是唯一用過去式的，其他都用現在完成式，求快的情況下，會去猜D耶

第一，要找出主詞和動詞。也就是先判斷本句的結構可能在考什麼。
第二，主動的通常比被動的好。(剩下BCE)
第三，看那一個主詞的比較清楚或文法上有沒有一些錯誤：B刪掉，因為S-V不一致；且 found沒有接that，不夠正式
第四，剩CE就很好選了，最方便的就是看that..., that.... and that..的平行。此外，C對於a investigation of twelve hospitals by state medical officials 的表達也比E把of the twelve折開來得清楚。

也有可能是分詞結構的用法
