Although I don't know what is different between "according to" and "in accordance with", I think (D) is strenge because different meaning from (A). Could any predecessor explain why (D) is better than (A)? Thank you!

in accordance with 表某動作以"一致性"為原則來完成,
其實可以把in accordance with看成介系詞片語飾company

我選A
覺得句意是表示 用那些criteira做為 screen 的基準
也就是說 according to 是用來修飾 screen
而不是像上面討論 in accordance with 是用來修飾 company

但是仔細查了字典後發現 D較 A在用字上更精準

according to
-as stated by or in : the outlook for investors is not bright, according to financial experts.
-in a manner corresponding or conforming to : cook the rice according to the instructions.

in accordence with
-in a manner conforming with : the product is disposed of in accordance with federal regulations.

用According to在這裡的話會讓人家有誤會說基金是根據variety criteria所宣稱的去做

用 in accordence with 會較精準
