看答案時,好像是說 the decrease in umemployement from (july) to (the lowest level in two years) suggest...
可是我又步確定是否這樣...
答案說 "In C, there is no noun for lowest to modify",可是我在選答案時就覺得lowest是在modify "the July decrease in unemployment"... 這是哪裡錯了呢??
