主動和被動語都沒錯，但是如果以被動語態出發
that all older workers be retained by employers or (all older workers) show just cause for dismissal
這邊不合邏輯，是老闆要出示老員工的失職，不是老員工自己出示。

我查了一下,
感覺上因為require是個及物動詞,
所以後面是要直接加名詞的,
也因此OG上說一般是...require x to y....(x為名詞)
而 require of 人 to V,則應該是在require是被動的狀態下,
因為無法直接接受詞所以要有個of來接後面的人.
希望沒錯,有錯再請大家指教!

require+ O. + O.C. 這個時候不加 of
所以requiring +O.employers +O.C.to retain all older workers 是不加of的。

是用在that 子句的情況之下

是說y必須為沒有詞性變化的動詞, 意思是說只能用原型動詞的意思嗎???然後不能用過去式拉等等等的形式出現??

沒錯! 就是這樣 假設句的用法就是 V(含假設句意之動詞 如 require)+ that s+V原形
所以備動就是 that s+ be +Ved

感激!!想再確認一下,requiring that xy 是否此處的V連S的單複數都不用理會, 即使S是單數, V也不用改成單數V.????
