眼博士不能信，尤其是文章翻譯功能，簡直是搞笑.....建議換個Longman, Collins或Oxford，msn的線上字典也不錯。
value跟money都是不可數，再怎麼樣都不能用fewer.....

google上面完全查不到fewer value跟fewer money的例句。

題目不是講 money 而是講 dollars :D
dollars 是可數名詞 這是肯定的

People often use less with countable nouns:

This is not considered correct by some people, and fewer should be used instead.

在答案是對的前提之下，
我想出題者可能是顧慮到value是不可數名詞，所以當value跟dollars要一起比較時，
用less會比較好一點。

from是介系詞後面要接noun不能接adj，這裡的less當noun(嚴格來說應該是determiner)，請參考OG11-77

但是價錢是不可數的, 本題是價錢...不可數用less
另外,(D), almost與up to是redundency
