這一題我也做錯, 但我事後想想這個答案應該注意 should 這個字....表示是假設法所以這個答案應該是說接受調查而同意的人他們是搭公車的, 覺得應該會改善...但是請注意他們是搭公車的不是搭火車的....所以不一定有人會去搭火車

1.QQ , i have different opinion for A and i afraid what you though might be wrong. :^)

. here is my opinion as follow , let' disscuss it further .

in this article, residents support the expansion of the commuter rail system because it could (1) ease congestion on the highways (2) help pay for their taxes. and as choice(A) mention , people who support this expansion agree that the expansion works because the traffic is less congestion during teir highway commute . on the other hand , it means that "MOST people commute by rail system now,it's the reason why "high way system become less congection "

QQ我覺得你說的是對的啊

說會贊助鐵路的的是走高速公路的
因為他們覺得贊助會就多一點人去做火車,所以他們就不塞車
但是a說明嗆聲的都是走高速公路的,那麼就算鐵路修好了,他們還是照樣走高速公路,不會去走鐵路
所以plan不可行,因為無法減輕塞車
