個人感覺

我同意micht的解釋 as後面省略view的受詞 economy, 而 balanced between....則是當過去分詞來修飾economy.

我覺得應該是沒有現在與未來比較的意味..而指單純表示 S 現在把 economy看成是 economy balanced between....

先前我有看這樣用法的句子....如果在看到我再post上來...
反向思可考如果economy在as後面沒有省略掉的話,這樣一個句子就不符合簡潔的要求了

因為讀者可以很清楚的知道balanced between... 是在講 economy (No ambiguity), 所以就可以省略! 這樣省略的用法不只是會出現在view as句型結構, 其他也都有這樣用法 :P
