用and 連接,表示二個動作同時發生
C裡,instill ....,opening....有先後因果的概念... :)

我覺得them指people呀，句意不奇怪，而且them之前就只有people一個複數名詞

我就是因為因果關係才選C的說，因為工作了之後，一定是得到了些什麼才利於找新工作。
還有我記得莫杯杯在解釋og181時好像有說過名詞要有格的(希望有好心的牛牛補充一下)，所以我才選their doors。

單數名詞,才需要有冠詞,所有格修飾,
多數名詞不用..
而且在這裡沒有先後概念,"open doors",就指第一份工作的二個作用:instill a valuable sense 並且開啟在未來求得更好的工作的大門

單純把C視為改變句意，不要想太多，應該是個不錯的方法。

(C) 的確改變句意: ", opening ..." 從主要結構變附屬結構; 因為附屬結構旨在補充說明,拿掉無關痛養,但如果真把附屬結構拿掉整個句意會差更遠.
instill 已經 in 了: in them 是多餘.
