我覺得文章一開始就是在說1918年這件事情,讓很多人很訝異
但是作者利用後面種種的例子(1918年之前--一下支持,一下反對,
1918年之後 又反對),來解釋DB在1918年的行為,其實大家根本就不需要訝異
