題目的意思是，一些ＡＢ受到威脅，為什?受到威脅呢？原來是ＳＧ的數量增長．那為什?ＳＧ增長了ＡＢ就有危險呢？因為ＳＧ吃那些不太健壯的ＡＢ．接下來說政府有個ＲＥＳＴＲＩＣＴＩＯＮ．內容是這樣的，（因為ＳＧ都會到南部地區過冬，而且獵人門經常在這個時候打ＳＧ）如果在過冬期間ＳＧ的數量下降百分制５，獵人就不再允許打ＳＧ了．最後結論，看來破除這個限制就會使ＡＢ的數量回升．（言外之意就是多殺ＳＧ，ＡＢ的天敵少了，ＡＢ自然就保住了．）

比方說ＷＩＮＴＥＲ時間是５天，原來呀打獵很厲害，每次都是３天就打掉百分制５的ＳＧ．可現在不行了．５天內也打不完．那你們說說撤不 撤這個法案（ＲＥＳＴＲＩＣＴＩＯＮ）還有什?用？？撤了，也打５天，不撤（反正５天內打不到百分制５）也是要打５天．

ＩＴ　ＨＡＳ　ＢＥＥＮ　後面的時間是指ＳＩＮＣＥ　動作結束後持續的時間．
