可是我看到說: "which, in turn, reduces...."
然後which是refer to "School integration plans"
所以覺得reduce應該要沒有 S
當然我的答案錯了...
我想請問一下,在這裡,是不是因為 which 是 singular,所以用reduces??
麻煩解釋一下..

對了 這裡的which是指housing integration
再者 increase的用法也只有A是對了 increase in something
其他的選項 increase 應該改為increasing
但是即使改過來 其語意也會改變
