windmill could not be the subject of " to provide ".

production .... to double .... and thus to provide....clear , logical ,and grammatical.

But I originally thought the meaning of this sentence should define "windmill" as the subject. If the subject is production, the meaning would be a little queer.

windmill can provide electrictiy ? no, i don't think so , windmill is just an equipment.

the energy generated by windmill is the actual agent to provide the electricity for millions houses.

被動用法be expected接to時後面的句子會比接that的要簡潔。

it will almost double to provide...
它將會變成近乎兩倍的量以提供...
跟原來的題意差太多了。

其實B跟C還有有一個tense不一致的問題 前面是expected 或者說 will代表一種確定 expect表達一種不確定性所以will要改成would 較好 請問這樣思考是否正確 其實我也不確定
