如紅色部分所言，that在此是指代protein，但是在我看來，that也可以指代rice啊，這樣不就犯了ambiguous的錯誤

因為我認為在此rice 不是在任何的名詞的功能
而是in rice 修protein 所以這裡不可能是rice

不過我個人覺得並不會有 ambiguity
因為比較級 higher 修飾 quality
而 high(er) quality 修飾 protein
所以 that 不會推到 rice 只會推到 protein :)

In addition to Ving, S.+V.
這裡Ving的主詞應該是後面的S.，所以A/C/D中的主詞都不應該是protein，能夠選的只剩下B/E、B絕對比E好、就只能選B了。
