the same as----同一種類的東西但是不是同一個
the same that----同一種的東西也是同一個
eg:
1.This pen is the same as I lose.-----和我弄丟的筆是同一種的但不是同一隻
2.This pen is the same that I lose----和我弄丟的筆是同一隻
