這題的double是限定詞。

figure是『數據』的意思，
所以OG才說figure的出現能夠強調女性ministers的數目。

而這一小句是一個副詞子句補述
其實原本根本不需要這句話
原意就已經相當完整
多這句補述產生對狀態的強調

這裡不當動詞有兩個原因
一是數字不會自己做double的動作
二是若double為動辭會變流水句

而是這裡要講的是一個狀態，並不是一個動作
所以不用doubling

所以句意變成20736 double 20736
