我也看不明白，不過查了CD的資料，發現CR神牛lawyer_1有很精彩的解釋。

这是归纳题。而且是MOST，即不需MUST BE

C正确。原文说1739年S有peddling，S又说到已断断续续peddling20年了，所以S在1765年这样说的可能性很大。因为如果S在1765说已peddling20年了，则1739年很可能有peddling。

A错。原文不知何时开始peddling

B错。错在repeatedly

D错在没证据证明1739年前，S已repeatedly20年了

E错在原文没比较

選項B說S因為無照擺攤被重複被逮捕好幾次 可是原題只說 在1739年因無照被逮捕 並沒有說他重複被逮捕很多次
搞不好他只有被逮捕過一次 就是在1739年
所以B應該是個過度推論的選項
而選項C說 未註明日期的文件是在1765年寫的
而題目說道
1.1739年因無照擺攤被逮捕
2.未註明日期的文件提到S擺攤已經20年了
由上述可知 S在1739年已經開始擺攤了
即便未註明日期的文件是在1739年前寫的
1739-20=1719(最早,可能更早)
或是在1739年後寫的
1739+20=1759(最晚)
不管是哪一個 都符合C1765年
