The answer is C...and I chose D...I dont understand what role "the forty days" exactly plays here in this problem..could someone help me with this? thans!

這題說 這個agency在顧客付錢後會reimberse 因為預算被cut掉 所以打算在顧客付錢後的四十天在reimburse 這樣一來 agency就可以把顧客的錢 拿去從事投資賺取利息 這樣就可以有錢reimburse給顧客 也不用膽心沒錢reimburse造成客戶的財務損失
C說 顧客都是借錢付bills 如果客戶要等40天後才拿的到reinbersement那他還得自己多付40天借錢利息 間接的 就造成客戶的財務burden 如此一來就weaken這個提議
D的話 是說客戶一般付款後 都是等超過40天才要求agency的 reimbursement
如果agency實行提案 也就是說 40天後在reimburse的話 對客戶而言自然也沒影響
故無法消落這個提案
