distinction of being-----不知道可不可以說是慣用語啦 不過在說明不同點的特徵的時候可以用這個名詞片語 所以選A囉!!

要不也可以換各角度想想 本題考like vs as的用法 在此應該是說 Cooperative apartment houses 要有 住宅還有商業的功能 因此用like在句意上就有些不完整了 像商業的什麼 沒說ㄚ 所以BCD不選
又E因為後面是接單數名詞 a dwelling但是原題主詞是複數名詞 基於Be-V平衡原則 故E也不選 所以只剩下答案A囉
