所以when due的用法是符合文法規則的,只是unclear
(A)可以說是由 when (they are) due省略而來,因為主詞省略,導致不知道是甚麼東西到期,而造成句意不清

應該是錯前面這個 to be: expect 應該是現在的動作,不是以後(不定詞表示未來)

(E)payments are not expected to be paid when they will be
when 引導副詞子句,以現在式代替未來式.

they 依句意,指 bank. when 的主詞 = they (句意 = bank), 但是 bank 不會 due (到期); 如果 they 又要指 payments 就造成不清.
