1. in what capacity，指你和他的關係，在什麼場合，做什麼事認識的，比如We worked in the project of xxxx from when to when, I was the project manager, the applicant was responsible for yyyy.

2. integrity，我不知怎麼翻成中文，總之就是指正直、誠實、道德之類，這當然有可能，應該說必須是你的特質的一部分，但不會是你最outstanding的，因為這是最基本的做人規範，所以3和6是不一樣的哦，請小心回答
