是不是句意的關係?
derivative:衍生物
derive sth from sth:得到;獲取
在這裡應該是"獲取"的意思...

為什麼B選項不能選呢?
差別只在於前面的drug prices vs prices for drugs

"particularly the synthetic drugs derived from petrochemicals"在這裡是表示'同位語',跟誰同位呢??synthetic drugs 跟前方的名詞同位,也就是drugs...
如果選B ,synthetic drugs 就會跟price同位..drugs 不等於 price
