答案是B。
可是我怎麼看都覺得是C耶!因為我覺得動詞是received.......by...........
可不可以告訴我是不是某種慣用語法?

我的文法也不是很好，
淺見：

received是說明votes (補語?)

votes go to somebody 是慣用法
指選票投給某人
