某大牛意見:
主要矛盾：CE

观点1：on earth的位置问题，有说on earth做全句的状语没有意义。支持E(我觉得有道理，但是好像不是很严重的不合理）

观点2：among总用倒装，支持E（这个我不同意，among倒装也可不倒也可，看作者强调否；而且among的倒装是在谓语是系动词的情况下，没见过is believed to be也可以倒装的）

观点3:fair-sword提出了as的问题，但是没人回答，这也是我很想知道的，因为这个问题和到底要不要倒装有很大关系。显然as seen这里不是状语从句的省略形式，只能是定语。如果这里的“,as seen”只能修饰前面紧挨的名词，那就必须倒装，把主语放到后面；如果“,as seen 可以修饰句子的主语，那就不必须倒装，C也可以”

So, C should be the best answer...........

C直接提供the rate作為主要子句主詞，比E用倒裝好多了

主詞根本不知道是哪個搞不懂他要說什麼

如果說Among是介系詞片語的倒裝
則可從is判斷句子的主詞最可能是前面唯一的單數名詞Earth, 根本不通
而IndicationS and sunspot cycleS都是複數型態,
Among 引導的介系詞片語也不能當主詞
我認為本題的重點是在找出主詞 , 倒不倒裝反而不是那麼重要

(題外話,上星期天看了Star War Episode III, 尤達大師超愛用到裝句,看完後讓我對倒裝句法有另一種了解,強烈推薦啊)
