而(B)中卻是在討論patients with ankle injures是不是involve ankle injures

我的想法是：將題目的patient with ankle fractures改成injures
受傷=> initial x-ray => 正確的分辨fracture or not => doesn't need follow-up x-ray

翻了一下CD上面這題的討論 B、C都有人支持沒有定論。

先說B我有二個想法。
1.不好的地方我覺得是這個字 ，沒有完全排除失診的可能性。
另外一個想法
2.題目說到所有骨折只要診斷是stable，就不需要follow-up X rays，那現在初次診斷結果是not to involve any fracture of the ankle.
連骨折都沒有，當然不用作第二次檢查啦。進而支持結論。

我的理解是
有ankle injury的人 都會去照initial x-ray判定有沒有fracture
沒有fracture的人-->B
有fracture的人-->題幹, 去繼續做follow up x-ray

不管有ankle injury的人照了initial x-ray後有超級無敵高的比例沒有fracture, 但題幹上討論的還是那群有fracture的人

反而覺得會weaken
原因是
明明有受傷
第一次照卻看不到fracture
這不就有點表示

我也同意小馬哥的意見
因為B是說
"many ankle injuries"(受傷但是不等於"ankle fractures"喔)照了"initial x-ray"(第一次照,但是不知道有沒有骨折),都發現結果沒有骨折
可是題目的樣本是
"Patients with ankle fractures"(就是已經發現有骨折),才接著作"follow up x-ray"(因為已經有骨折,所以要作類似"追蹤"檢查),才發現原本的"骨折"為什麼stable勒?因為已經"healed"(完全痊癒了)

樣本就是不同的對象
另外我記得以前江璞老師說過
"many"只有在某定題目的"絕對"字眼可以用
例如:題目講到"any"一定怎樣怎樣
答案只要有"many"就可以推翻
但是其他題目這樣的樣本數似乎不足以代表全部

我對於C選項的意思不是很清楚,

這裡的X-rays是哪個階段的X-rays?
題目不是說不要follow up 的X-rays，可是C選的X-rays又沒說是什麼時候照的。然後were reviewed. review what? 如何判定這個review就可以不必再照了呢? 然後C 選的主詞不是X-rays嗎?怎麼會像樓上說的根據這個review....?
還是我理解有誤呢?
