題目的意思是叫我們想像自己以後的成就嗎...

是不是可以把short tern and long tern goal 加進去，

假想自己以達成，然後編個story嗎??

我應該用第三人稱寫還是第一人稱阿!!!

Yes. The essay requires you to write your autobiography on your career achievement. Of course you can write about your long-term goal, but you may want to depict it in detail. Also, I think the third-person point of view would be fine.
