The answer is C....I thought in this problem..it says the number of children avaliable is less than the actual adoption number? so, I chose A..which says the number of adoption has increased so there are not enough children available...but in C...it says the two numbers are about the same, why is this one right instead????

這題說
要領養小孩的夫妻數 > 實際可以領養的小孩

如果今天有100對夫妻要領養小孩
但實際只有20個小孩可以被領養
那麼真正可以領養小孩的只有20對夫妻不可能超過20
也就是說 C的答案被領養的數剛好等於小孩的數
如此一來就可stregthen答案

請問哪麼A項哪邊不適合呢
我自己也選到A
以題目-->要領養小孩的夫妻數 > 實際可以領養的小孩
是否A只單方面提及要領養小孩的夫妻數大量的增加，而沒談到小孩部分呢?

煩請前輩、高人指導一下 :smile
