phone interview question:
1. why do you choose to pursue for mba degree
2. why broad mba school
3. can you tell me the most significant accomplishment
4. can you tell me any unsucessful team work? and how are you gonna solve that problem?
5. how do you manage conflict in your team?
6. how will your team members describe you?
7. what can you contribute our mba program?
8. what do you think the difference (working, studing) between taiwan and USA?

時間不含我問問題,大約40分鐘
感想: 就這樣毀了......悲傷之餘,希望有申請msu的人,踏著我的鮮血繼續前進!!

我當初也是講得離離臘臘
這所學校的人都很nice
不過teamwork的比重對我來說實在太重了

平常工作常用英文交談,原則上我的英文口語能力沒有什麼問題
但是這邊我要給大家一個建議
Phone Interview最大的挑戰就是 當對方不搭腔的時候
你要怎麼樣控制回答的長度及重點
就變成一件很重要的事
因為你看不到對方的表情,
我在回答的失敗的一點就是失焦
唉...想來已經太遲了....

先前我也是不贊成寫小抄或是照著念
總覺得應該要把面試看的輕鬆一點
但是現在我覺得看著念其實他們也是分不出來
當然不要太誇張

朋友形容phone interview 非常貼切
這跟事先錄好答案,按下一個play鍵有什麼兩樣
哈哈哈...
