some schools clearly state what should be addressed in optional essays, while other schools say that you can provide anything not stated in other application documents.

As Allenr mentioned early, optional essay should be considered an obligation, but I am still very curious about what most people bring up in opational essays.

Can anyone give me some hints?

mentioning anything credit to you and you are unable to describe or

explain in your assigned essays, such as a failure from work, your unique

background, low gpa..etc. Composing essays is a painful task to

everyone. But writing optional essay is certainly a plus to show your

passion to certain school
