很明顯的高中生是20歲以下年輕人的子集合 選C的話不就是典型的以偏概全嗎？
只要非高中生吸毒比例上升 20歲以下整體吸毒的比例很有可能會上升啊

答案應該是著重於高中生與20歲以下的關係
一開始覺得D因牽扯到drug education programs ,就刪了

可是仔細一看C,The percentage of high school seniors who use illegal drugs與the percentage of all people below the age of 20 who use illegal drugs.的比例近乎相同
給的是percentage
這樣比例相同並不一定能代表實際人數會相同阿
這樣的相法有誤嗎?
