想請問這邊用these指代有什麼不對呢？一直對this .those .etc這些用法不很清楚,下面是我自己目前的一些想法, 想請各位大大看是不是有錯誤的地方..

them , it ....特指前面有提過的事物（一樣的東西和人）
those, these , that ,this .....是泛指
在這部分我想請問　
1.those, these 在泛指時,可以指人嗎？
2.them 可以指物品嗎 ? 　　　
另外 　在CD上看到一種說法, this/that/these/those 如果作为代词单独出现就是错.,這種說法是正確的嗎　？

記得要補上劃線部份歐:D

1.這題不能用these的原因是these不是受詞阿
題目是要portray(v)+them(o) 才合理吧 these 或those都不是受詞:)

2.these those應該可以指人吧 他們都是<指示代名詞>是指明一定的人或事物的 只是我現在找不到例題耶@@

3.至於them是可以代東西的 像og12題

其中的them就是指小企業:)

4.this/that/these/those 如果作為代詞單獨出現就是錯<==我想是因為這些指示代名詞可以指代太多東西了 除了人事物 連句子都可以指代 所以若沒和片語或其他東西連用 很容易會有ambiguity 但是這樣就說他錯我覺得有點武斷@@ 畢竟這種指代清不清楚的問題常常是經過選項間的比較才得出結論的:)

應該說是 the rural poor 這三個字放在一起才是當名詞用，the + adj 指該群體。

例如:
the sick = sick people
the rich = rich people
the young = young people

所以會是用複數喔。
