我畢業後工作四年...大學成績不佳..但是大學時期參加過很多社團活動
現在有三位人選可以幫我寫推薦信
1. 公司CEO..外國人(美國MBA)..跟我蠻熟的也肯定我的表現..只是他認識我的時間不夠久大約一年
2. 公司副總..台灣人...他非常了解我因為認識四年了...而且對於我在公司的成長故事應該是非常的了解...英文也極佳..
3. 學校系主任...他人很好...不過我在學校成績不佳...但是他的課我的成績還不錯..雖然不熟...但可以請他寫一些社團表現之類的...
我目前的想法是如果學校有特別prefer要教授寫...我就請1.2.這兩位公司主管寫...如果沒有特別perfer我就請1.2寫...而社團表現自己提...
不知道大家有沒有什麼建議可以給我參考一下[/quote]

覺得有幾個問題可以讓你做些思考
1.
如果是申請 mba 的話
是不是會要求談 professional achievemnet 而不是 academic achievement 呢?
這樣的話
第三個 option 是不是會比較不利呢?
2.
如果都是同一個公司的主管寫
會不會寫出來的同質性很高呢?
我自己也沒答案~ 僅供參考~

Choice 1 and 2 are better choices for you since they are actually recs from different levels and perspectives. I think it will be fine.
