因為allow o. to+v 是固定用法
你應該是跟suggest/order/recommend...that s+原形v.搞混了...

不能省略，C很好，因為它後面又用了who修飾前面的employer，很清楚

句意上連不起來，宗教用with the perception怪異！

所以AB錯，
