想請教各位大大一個小問題
今天早上請recommender填UCLA的rec form
關於下面這題他想請我確認一下學校問的用意:
"Have the applicant’s responsibilities evolved over the time you have known him or her?"
學校要推薦人說明的是否為申請者承擔責任的能力?
亦或是其他的意思?
請大家給些意見~~感謝~~
